Car Wash 103 is proud to help your organization reach its fundraising goals through our local fundraising program. It's free and easy to set up.
Car Wash 103 provides you with a special wash code assigned to your organization. Friends, family, coworkers, neighbors—anyone wanting a clean car—can use this code to purchase a wash and support your organization!
When your supporters come to our Car Wash 103, Main St. location, they simply enter the assigned wash code in our automated teller. It will automatically choose the correct carwash based on the code entered. A portion of the Works Wash purchased by your supporters goes directly to your organization. Car Wash 103 automatically records and compiles these washes, and your organization receives a check at the end of the fundraiser!
It's that simple! No inventory, no setup, no upfront cost!
Your supporters will receive a true value for their contribution, because you'll be offering a quality product from a local business! Everyone LOVES a clean car—let's get started!

Car Wash 103 is proud to help our community by offering the fundraising program to benefit local non-profit organizations and schools. We sincerely appreciate each of these organizations and our customers that support them. Please understand that we must limit the number of organizations that can participate in this program during any given month. Organizations participate on a first come, first served basis for that month. Car Wash 103 allows your organization one calendar month per year to earn fundraising dollars.
Call Car Wash 103 at 816-333-9757 to see if the month you are interested in is available. Please plan ahead at least three (3) months in order to secure your requested month.
A letter from your organization's President authorizing you to run the fundraiser on behalf of the organization is required. The letter must be on the organization's letter head and include the organization's not-for-profit number. This letter should be emailed to the attention of the Fundraising Coordinator at fundraising@carwash103.com.
